Free Assessments

As an OT we aim to find a solution for your client and their family. Once you contact us we will ask for photos and dimensions of stairs and landing spaces and information on the service user. We will then book an immediate visit to trial the most appropriate solution.

Responsive Service

We know as an OT that a responsive service is everything so this is what we deliver. From initial call to delivery and training can at current be as quick as a week..

We take pride in being able to offer a repurposing service for ALL makes and models of stair climber. We offer extended warranty on all models as well as comprehensive LOLER testing/Servicing/Maintenance and Training.

We have been supporting families passionately since 2014 by providing solutions to safely move family members on and around stair spaces..

Support

As well as home we also support schools and other public areas specifically to assist with children and adults attending those venues.

Ongoing Relationships

We provide rigorous LOLER testing and servicing, but also regular re-sizing of seating to help children and adults as they grow or require adaptions. We resize the system every six months. We also recycle all seating systems.

Bespoke solutions for families to safely move children. Where space allows we can move children in the comfort of their own chair.

Hire Services and Redeployments

Hire options are available for single events, relative visits at home, events at venues and temporary structures. Longer term hires are available for rehabilitation or as a temporary replacement when a lift may be out of action or when there is no alternative solution. When the temporary hire is necessary to be extended we have the flexibility to moderate the price onto a long term hire option to support the budgeting process at your end. Lease hire options are also available to suit budgets. We offer redeployments on all stair climbers in stores. With our redeployments our 12 month warranty comes as standard…

Purchases and Hire Purchases

We can arrange a visit for you to make your decision upon seeing the stair climber in the environment it will inhabit with the potential user. All purchases come with a 2 year warranty, link to our online training video and an aftercare package will be offered to suit your requirements. You can purchase direct from the stair climbing company either single or multiple purchases with an immediate delivery or lead time of 7-10 days on multiple units. HP purchases can be spread over 2 years with a upfront deposit. This is a popular payment method within Public sector establishments including schools.

Free Visits and Assessments

A unique solution relatively unheard of to most people which is why we offer to visit you in your home, venue or building to carry out a full assessment and suggest the most suitable stair climber for your needs. The visit gives you the opportunity to sit in the stair climber and the designated operator to operate it under our guidance, to see if the stair climber is the best solution.

CPD Sessions

Our bespoke CPD sessions not only offer an insight into the use of stair climbers with your clients but show an ongoing relationship with a family business.
A free lunch or breakfast catering for all needs is provided, as well as a ‘Goody bag’.
All sessions are fully certificated and built around a timeframe to suit your team…
