Servicing & LOLER Tests

We offer servicing and loler tests bi-annually or annually as required. Our expert KSP Italia trained engineers deliver the service on your stair climber to validate your warranty.

Training

Training is an essential part of your hire or purchase. Our training managers are experienced trainers with between 5 and 15 years training management experience and KSP italia product specific trained experts. This means they know their stair climbers and that you are in the hands of experienced trainers.

We can offer training to individuals, groups or a train the trainer package, all packages are designed with your needs in mind. We also offer as part of our aftercare an online refresher training video for regular review..

Bespoke Service Plans

At any point you may wish to consider purchasing a 3 or 5 year service and maintenance plan to care for your stair climber. We have options available to include refresher training whilst on site to deliver servicing and LOLER test.

Warranty

The stair climbers have a 2 year warranty excluding batteries and you have an option to extend the warranty as part of your service plan.
