To maintain the health and lifetime of you stair climber there are additional services that we recommend you consider as well as your obligatory requirement as a commercial purchase to LOLER test and service at 6 monthly intervals.

The most crucial element in the aftercare process is ensuring you receive the highest quality of training on your new stair climber. We have outlined below the aftercare services offered to you upon purchase of your stair climber. Bespoke services are offered on request.

What’s important to the stair climbing company is the relationship we have with you once you have taken ownership of your stair climber, unless you require the stair climbing company to take care of it for you.

Servicing & LOLER Tests

We offer servicing and loler tests bi-annually or annually as required. Our expert KSP Italia trained engineers deliver the service on your stair climber to validate your warranty.

Training

Training is an essential part of your hire or purchase. Our training managers are experienced trainers with between 5 and 15 years training management experience and KSP italia product specific trained experts. This means they know their stair climbers and that you are in the hands of experienced trainers.

We can offer training to individuals, groups or a train the trainer package, all packages are designed with your needs in mind. We also offer as part of our aftercare an online refresher training video for regular review..

Bespoke Service Plans

At any point you may wish to consider purchasing a 3 or 5 year service and maintenance plan to care for your stair climber. We have options available to include refresher training whilst on site to deliver servicing and LOLER test.

Warranty

The stair climbers have a 2 year warranty excluding batteries and you have an option to extend the warranty as part of your service plan.
