“JobServe Community Stadium recently approached The Stair Climbing Company to service all the Stadium’s Evacuation Chairs and provide training for the staff of Colchester United Football Club. Chris and his team meticulously reviewed the current provision, serviced it, and provided recommendations to improve the operation of the equipment. Following this, they worked closely with us to come up with a mutually convenient date and time for staff training. On the day, Chris provided training for the staff with a high level of professionalism and followed this up with additional material to help with the future operation of the equipment. In summary, the Club were very happy with the service provided, and we would have no hesitation in using their services again.”

“At Twickenham Stadium we have committed to ensuring the venue is accessible to all. Whilst the design of the stadium brings its challenges, in particular the level two bars which had limited access via external stairs, we believe the recent procurement of the stair climber has provided sufficient and reasonable adjustments enabling wheelchair users quick and safe access. Not only does this improve our customer experience but is also available during our C&E events in the unlikely event of an emergency evacuation and is one of the many controls adopted within our ongoing inclusive access improvements.
