Yes.. Our stair climbers have a duel use to allow not only essential access to residents but also a means to evacuate residents safely and effectively.

Assessing Your Building

We can arrange a site assessment, during which we will take measurements onsite and discuss the range of options available. This will be followed by a proposal of activity to complement existing plans, along with a thorough risk assessment. We understand the importance of upholding a high level of care to residents. This includes ensuring the safety of carers, so our job is to deliver a seamless service.

Full Aftercare

We have service plans to meet the needs of independent homes and care groups of all sizes and budgets. We work with maintenance teams, estates teams and carers to provide certificated training on the safe operation of our stairclimbers.

HIRE SERVICES

Hire options are available for single events, relative visits at home, events at venues and temporary structures. Longer term hires are available for rehabilitation or as a temporary replacement when a lift may be out of action or when there is no alternative solution. When the temporary hire is necessary to be extended we have the flexibility to moderate the price onto a long term hire option to support the budgeting process at your end. Lease hire options are also available to suit budgets.

PURCHASES

We can arrange a visit for you to make your decision upon seeing the stair climber in the environment it will inhabit with the potential user. All purchases come with a 2 year warranty, link to our online training video and an aftercare package will be offered to suit your requirements. You can purchase direct from the stair climbing company either single or multiple purchases with an immediate delivery or lead time of 7-10 days on multiple units.

VISITS & ASSESSMENTS

A unique solution relatively unheard of to most people which is why we offer to visit you in your home, venue or building to carry out a full assessment and suggest the most suitable stair climber for your needs. The visit gives you the opportunity to sit in the stair climber and the designated operator to operate it under our guidance, to see if the stair climber is the best solution.
